Shipping Policy - Voloria The General Store

At Voloria - The General Store, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday to Saturday. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

2. Shipping Time & Rates (All Prices in USD)

All orders are delivered within 1-5 business days after processing.

Local Shipping (Jamaica):

•  Kingston, St. Andrew & Portmore: 1-2 business days

•  All Other Parishes: 2-5 business days

International Shipping (USA, Canada, UK & Caribbean):

•  3-5 business days for Express

•  5-10 business days for Standard - But we aim for 1-5 business days where possible.

Shipping Rates:

•  Jamaica: Starting at $5.00 USD

•  International: Starting at $15.00 USD

•  Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

•  FREE Shipping on all orders over $100 USD

3. Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Check your email after shipment for your tracking link.

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders outside Jamaica, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.

5. Address & Delays

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. Voloria is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs, or for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 48 hours at support@voloria.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
